Das Torsionsfeder-Design der Kupplungsscheibe erlaubt moderate Dämpfung bei hohen Drehmomenten im Vergleich zu ungedämpften Systemen und macht es somit straßenfreundlicher. Die Kupplungsscheibe ist für hohe Holding Capacity und schnellen Wäremabfluss ausgelegt. Ihr Voll - Keramik - Kupplungsscheiben-Design erhöht den Fahrkomfort im Vergleich zum Flügeldesign, welches jedoch dennoch nicht für den Straßenbetrieb geeignet ist.*

Das FX400-AK - Race Performance - Kupplungssystem 03635-HDCL-AK besteht aus:

*Auf Keramik basierende Kupplungsscheiben haben nicht die Absicht die Lebensdauer, sondern die Holding Capacity und die Verlässlichkeit einer Kupplung zu erhöhen. Bei Verwendung von keramikbasierenden Material für Straßenanwendungen kann die Lebensdauer des Kupplungssets aufgrund von rauer Kraftübertragung und starker Tendenz zu Kupplungsrutschen verringert werden. Es können bei Kupplungsbetrieb (Engagement) "Rattergeräusche" auftreten. Keramik - Kupplungsscheiben sind keine Empfehlung für den Standard MINI - Betrieb.

Das FX400-AK - Race Performance - Kupplungssystem von Clutch Masters besteht aus der Power Plus I - Druckplatte, der ALUMINIUM Schwungscheibe und einer gedämpften extrem beständigen Keramik - Hochleistungskupplungsscheibe.
Es ist das Ultimative extrem beständige Straßen- und Rennsport - Kupplungssystem für Ihren MINI. Das Torsionsfeder-Design der Kupplungsscheibe erlaubt moderate Dämpfung bei hohen Drehmomenten im Vergleich zu ungedämpften Systemen und macht es somit straßenfreundlicher. Die Kupplungsscheibe ist für hohe Holding Capacity und schnellen Wäremabfluss ausgelegt. Ihr Flügeldesign sorgt für einen schnellen Kraftfluss aber auch rattern, welches für den Straßenbetrieb Ihres MINIs nicht geeignet ist.*

Aufgrund des "Friction Rivet Designs" wird der Kraftfluss über die FX400-Kupplungsscheibe sehr schnell hergestellt, welches zu einem Rattern im 1. Gang und Rückwärtsgang führt. Um dieses Problem zu verringern werden nur Premium Keramik-Reibmaterielien verwendet.
